- If you'd like to join in you can start by choosing how you want to take on the challenge. On the previous page, you'll find different ways to scale the challenge to your own fitness levels and goals. Structure it in a way that's realistic for you and most importantly, stick with it!

Clicking the link above will take you to our Strava group. There, you can log your miles, share your progress, and stay connected with others taking part in the challenge. You can easily track your miles using your smartphone or smartwatch.
