RUN THE DATE 2026

As the New Year approaches, many of us search for something meaningful to commit to. A challenge that pushes us, keeps us accountable, and helps us grow. This year, Endure For: invites you to take on a journey that will strengthen not just your body, but your heart, your purpose, and your perseverance.

Introducing the Run the Date Challenge, a year-long commitment to movement, consistency, and compassion, all in support of Tommy’s Place.

THE CHALLENGE

For 365 days, you’ll Run the Date.

That means each day, you move the number of miles (or kilometers) that match the calendar date:

  • January 1st = 1.01 miles

  • January 23rd = 1.23 miles

  • February 5th = 2.05 miles

  • February 22nd = 2.22 miles

  • June 6th = 6.06 miles

  • October 17th = 10.17 miles

…and so on, all the way through 2026.

I know it sounds like a lot but don't worry...... it’s completely scalable and can be adapted for any fitness level, age, or lifestyle. This is more than just running; it’s about showing up for yourself and others in whatever way works for you.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE IT YOUR OWN

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach here. The only goal is movement, consistency, and purpose.

You can:

  • Run, walk, or bike the miles — or mix all three throughout the year.

  • Split your miles throughout the day (for example, run half in the morning, walk half in the evening).

  • Track kilometers instead of miles.

  • Team up with friends or family to complete the daily distance together.

  • Adjust as you go: Maybe you start with the exact mileage each day, but by midyear, you decide to total your weekly miles instead — e.g., in June, complete 6 miles per week instead of 6.06 miles per day.

  • Modify your intensity: Some days might be long runs, others might just be mindful walks. Every step counts.

This challenge is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone just getting started, take the time and adjust this challenge in a way that improves and challenges you for the new year. What matters most is that you stay consistent, keep moving, and finish what you start.

WHY WE ENDURE

We endure to grow stronger and to give strength to others.

Each mile (or kilometer) represents courage, resilience, and hope. In 2026, it’s for the kids and families at Tommy’s Place, who face challenges far greater than any workout. It’s for the parents who keep fighting for moments of laughter, love, and normalcy. The moments Tommy’s Place helps make possible.

With Endure For:, we believe endurance goes beyond the physical. It’s a mindset. A commitment to growth, consistency, and compassion. Every step, every day, is a chance to better yourself and to honor those you want to make proud.

YOUR 2026 RESOLUTION WITH PURPOSE

If you’re searching for a New Year’s resolution that means more. One that challenges you while changing lives......this is it.

Commit to 365 days of purpose. Move for yourself. Move for the kids. Move for something or someone on a personal level.

Because when you dedicate your effort to a cause greater than yourself, you’ll discover just how much you can truly endure.

Endure For the kids. Endure For Tommy’s Place. Endure For something bigger.

Who do you endure for?
